Ep 38. The Tiny Caretaker!

Ash and his friends arrive in a new town where they hear about a mysterious Pokémon that has been appearing around the area. As they investigate, they discover a small Pokémon caretaker named Chespin who is looking after a group of Pokémon that have been abandoned by their trainers. Chespin is determined to take care of the Pokémon and help them find new trainers, but his lack of experience makes it difficult for him to do so.

When one of the Pokémon, a Skitty, falls ill, Chespin reaches out to Ash and his friends for help. They assist Chespin in caring for the Skitty, and as they do, they learn more about Chespin's past and his journey to becoming a caretaker. Despite his small size, Chespin is a determined and brave Pokémon who will do whatever it takes to help his friends.

As they spend more time with Chespin and his Pokémon friends, Ash and his friends begin to feel the weight of the responsibility that comes with being a Pokémon trainer. Through Chespin's example, they learn the importance of caring for their Pokémon and the power of the bond between trainer and Pokémon.

With the help of Ash and his friends, Chespin is able to find new trainers for his Pokémon and continues on his journey as a caretaker. As they say their goodbyes, Ash and his friends are left with a newfound appreciation for the power of kindness and caring in the world of Pokémon.
