Ep 33. A Festival Trade! A Festival Farewell?

Ash and Pikachu have arrived in a new town where a festival is being held. As they explore, they quickly learn about the town's tradition of trading and the festival's Trade Competition. The winner of the competition will receive a special prize and, most importantly, the honor of trading with the festival's guest of honor, a famous Pokémon trader known as Madame X. Ash and Pikachu are excited to participate, but soon learn that trading is not as simple as it seems.

As the festival continues, Ash encounters a young boy named Kai who is struggling to trade with other participants. Despite his determination, he has been unable to find a suitable trade partner. Ash encourages Kai to keep trying and offers to help him find a suitable trade. With his help, Kai finally has a successful trade and will be able to enter the competition.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket has also arrived in town with their eyes set on stealing Madame X's legendary Pokémon. They quickly hatch a plan but find themselves at odds with Madame X's team of skilled trainers who are determined to protect her Pokémon.

As the Trade Competition begins, Ash and Kai compete against each other in a friendly match. Though they both put up a good fight, Ash ultimately wins, earning the chance to trade with Madame X. However, when he and Pikachu arrive to make the trade, they find that Madame X has suddenly disappeared.

With Madame X missing and Team Rocket on the loose, chaos ensues at the festival. Ash and his friends join forces with Madame X's team to rescue her and her legendary Pokémon from Team Rocket's clutches.

In the end, the festival concludes on a high note with Madame X safely reunited with her Pokémon and the Trade Competition winner announced. Ash and Pikachu say farewell to their new friend Kai as they continue their journey to become Pokémon Masters.
