Ash and his friends arrive at a new town filled with fashion. They learn that there is a big fashion contest coming up and everyone in town is preparing for it. As they explore the town, they meet a fashion designer named Sumomo who creates unique outfits for Pokemon.
Sumomo is stressed out because she has been working on a special outfit for a Pikachu and is struggling to finish it on time for the contest. Ash offers to help and they spend the day finishing the outfit. However, Team Rocket has their eyes on the outfit and tries to steal it.
