Ep 6. Weekend Warrior!

Ash and friends were traveling through a grassy field when they heard a scream. They quickly ran to the source of the noise and found a boy being attacked by a wild Pinsir. Ash and Pikachu jumped in to save the boy, but they were no match for the Pinsir. Just as the situation looked hopeless, a strange man called McCauley intervened and managed to capture the Pinsir. McCauley claimed to be a "weekend warrior," someone who spends their weekends catching Pokemon for fun and releasing them back into the wild.

The group was intrigued by McCauley's hobby and decided to follow him to his campsite. There, they discovered that McCauley wasn't the only weekend warrior around. A group of other trainers had also set up camp in the area, and they were all catching and releasing different types of Pokemon. Ash and his friends learned that weekend warriors had a code of ethics, which involved releasing all the Pokemon they caught back into the wild after a certain amount of time.

McCauley offered to take the group on a weekend warrior training session, where they could learn how to catch Pokemon without harming them. During the training session, Ash and the gang caught some Pokemon of their own, including a Caterpie and a Scyther. McCauley was impressed with their progress, and he suggested they enter a weekend warrior competition that was taking place in the nearby town.

At the competition, Ash and his friends met more weekend warriors and saw all the different kinds of Pokemon they had caught. The competition involved a race, where the trainers had to catch and release Pokemon as quickly as possible. Ash and his friends struggled at first, but they eventually got the hang of it and started catching Pokemon left and right.

The competition got pretty intense, with some trainers even resorting to cheating to win. However, Ash and his friends remained true to the weekend warrior code and refused to keep any Pokemon they caught permanently. In the end, it was McCauley who won the competition, but Ash and his friends learned a valuable lesson about catching Pokemon ethically.

As the episode came to a close, Ash and his friends said goodbye to their new weekend warrior friends and continued on their journey. They were happy to have made new friends and even happier to have learned a new way of catching Pokemon.
