Pokemon the Series Season 6 Episode 28

Ep 28. Seeing Is Believing!

  • April 24, 2004

Ash, May, Max, and Brock come across a peculiar house they have never seen before, and they decide to investigate it, thinking it might be a Pokemon gym. However, when they get closer, they discover it is an optical illusion created by a Jigglypuff that can alter perceptions.

The Jigglypuff provides the group with a pair of special glasses that allow them to see everything in the area as it really is. As they explore the vicinity of the illusion, they gain new insights about what they had thought was a gym, and about their environment in general.

They soon come to a lake where they meet a new friend, Angie. Angie is a nature lover, and tries to teach them about the natural history of the area. She shows them an aquatic plant, a Lotad, and warns them not to touch it. As they leave the lake, the group decides to investigate the plant Angie warned them about. They find a group of three Lotad and Pikachu falls into the water.

Pikachu isn't alone when he falls, though; he gets snatched up by a group of Buizel who are playing in the water. The Buizel are having their own aquatic games, and Pikachu is pulled into the action. The games involve racing, diving, and other fun water activities.

As Pikachu basks in his new aquatic surroundings, Ash, Brock, May, and Max search for him and stumble upon an old mansion that seems abandoned. They enter the mansion, and soon find themselves on a curious adventure. They quickly realize that the mansion is being inhabited, however, despite the fact that no one else is there.

As they continue to search, they come across a unique and interesting way of communication between the pokemon that inhabit the mansion. It seems that the mansion is more of a social center for pokemon than anything else.

As they continue to explore, they find themselves in the presence of a Stone Pikachu - a creature created by the fusion of a Pikachu with an ancient artifact. To their amazement, the Stone Pikachu can speak, and it reveals its role in creating and preserving the mansion. The Stone Pikachu gives them a message that leaves them in awe and wonder, and it affects them for the rest of their adventure.

Overall, the episode is an opportunity for Ash, May, Max, and Brock to learn about the world around them, and to gain new insights into the secret workings of nature. With the help of their new friend Angie, and their exciting encounters with the pokemon in the area, they gain new perspectives that will help them in their future exploration of the vast and mysterious Pokemon world they inhabit.
