Ep 43. Fangs For Nothin'!

Ash and his friends continue their journey through Johto region and arrive at a town where they hear rumors of a vampire Pokemon that has been terrorizing the locals. Curious about the mysterious creature, Ash and his friends decide to investigate. They meet Gary, who reveals that the the vampire Pokemon is actually a Gligar with fake fangs and the locals are simply overreacting.
The group goes to the local Pokemon Center to check on the Gligar and find it scared and alone. They learn that the Gligar was once part of a traveling circus, where its trainer forced it to wear the fangs and put on a scary act. When the circus went bankrupt, the Gligar was abandoned. The group decides to help the Gligar and train it to become stronger.
During their training, they hear about a powerful Pokemon trainer named Viper who is known for winning battles by cheating. Viper is also interested in catching the Gligar and using it for his own purposes. Ash and his friends are determined to protect the Gligar and decide to challenge Viper to a battle.
The battle is intense, and Viper uses all kinds of dirty tricks to gain the upper hand. However, with the help of their Pokemon, Ash and his friends ultimately emerge victorious. Viper tries to steal the Gligar, but it manages to escape. In the end, the group decides to leave the Gligar in the care of a kind trainer who promises to take care of it and train it well.
Through their adventures, Ash and his friends learn the importance of treating all creatures with kindness and respect. They also learn that sometimes the scariest creatures are just misunderstood and need someone to believe in them. With the Gligar safe and happy, the group continues their journey through Johto, ready for whatever challenges await them next.
