Ep 40. I Politoed Ya So!

Ash, Misty, and Tracey travel through the beautiful surroundings of the Johto region and stop at a nearby town to take a break. As they begin to relax, they notice a group of trainers who are preparing for the annual Politoed race. Ash and friends decide to participate in the race, and Tracey is excited to commentate on the event.

Before the race begins, Misty's Politoed, who is also participating, is stolen by Team Rocket. The trio plans to use Politoed's energy to power their latest invention and take over the world. Ash, Misty, and Tracey team up and quickly come up with a plan to rescue Politoed.

The group navigates through a series of obstacles and successfully rescues Politoed. They then return to the race just in time for it to begin. The race is incredibly competitive, with each trainer doing everything possible to win. Misty's Politoed is desperate to win and proves to be a strong contender, leading the pack for most of the race.

Just when it seems like Misty's Politoed will take home the victory, Ash's Pikachu, who decided to join the race, sets off a chain of events that changes everything. In the chaos that follows, Ash's Pikachu and Misty's Politoed cross paths, leading to an unexpected twist in the race.

As the race comes to an end, Ash and friends learn valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and the importance of friendship. The episode ends with Ash and his friends continuing their journey through the Johto region, excited for the adventures still to come.
