Ep 8. Hassle in the Castle

Ash and his friends arrive at a castle that is home to a gym leader who specializes in ghost-type Pokémon. They are immediately greeted by the gym leader, Morty, who invites them to explore the castle. As they explore, they encounter various ghost-type Pokémon who try to scare them off.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket has also arrived at the castle with the intention of stealing the gym leader's Pokémon. They disguise themselves as a group of ghost-type Pokémon and enter the castle unnoticed.

As Ash and his friends make their way through the castle, they encounter a group of Gastly. The Gastly lead them to a room where they find Morty's assistant, who explains that the gym leader has been possessed by a Haunter. The group decides to help Morty and sets off to find the Haunter.

During their search, they encounter Team Rocket, who have managed to capture Morty's Pokémon. A battle ensues, and Ash and his friends are able to defeat Team Rocket and return Morty's Pokémon.

Eventually, they find the room where the Haunter is hiding and engage in a battle. Morty is able to break free of the Haunter's possession, and together they are able to defeat it. Morty thanks Ash and his friends and invites them to challenge his gym.

In the end, Ash decides to challenge Morty's gym, hoping to earn another badge for his collection.
