Ep 37. Sand's Storm! Ice Cave Double Battle!!

Ash and his friends are in a desert area when they encounter a fierce sandstorm. Seeking shelter, they end up inside an ice cave where they meet a pair of trainers who are preparing for a double battle. The first trainer they meet is named Hapu, who turns out to be the Kahuna of Poni Island. She teams up with her friend Olivia, who is the Kahuna of Akala Island, to challenge Ash and his friend Sophocles to a battle.

The battle is intense from the start, with Hapu using her signature Mudsdale, a powerful ground type Pokémon, while Olivia starts out with a rock type Pokémon, Lycanroc. Sophocles steps up and sends out his own electric type, Togedemaru, who proves to be a good match for Lycanroc. However, things take a turn for the worse when Olivia switches out her Lycanroc for a powerful Alolan Sandslash, which proves to be a major challenge for Togedemaru.

Meanwhile, Ash faces off against Hapu and her Mudsdale. Ash's own Lycanroc proves to be a good match for Mudsdale, but things get complicated when Hapu brings out her own Alolan Pokémon, a powerful Golem.

Despite the odds against them, Ash and Sophocles refuse to give up and employ some clever tactics to outsmart their opponents. With some quick thinking and a bit of luck, they manage to win the battle in the end.

As the storm outside subsides, the group continues on their journey, their spirits lifted by their victory. Ash and his friends have come a long way since they first set out on their Pokémon adventure, and they know that there are many more challenges ahead. But with their skills and determination, they are ready to face whatever comes their way.
