Ep 10. Rescuing the Unwilling!

The episode Rescuing the Unwilling! is the tenth episode in season 21 of the anime series Pokemon.

In this episode, Ash and his friends arrive in a small town that is famous for its annual Pokemon racing competition. While there, they meet a young girl named Lillie who is hesitant to participate in the race despite her love for Pokemons.

The team learns that Lillie's fear of riding Pokemons arose after a terrible accident when she was younger. Her family's Rapidash was startled, causing Lillie to fall and injure herself, leading her to develop a fear of riding.

Ash and his friends resolve to help Lillie overcome her fear and convince her to participate in the race. They offer to train her and her family Rapidash. The training includes assisting the Pokemon to regain its confidence and forming a better bond between Lillie and her Pokemon.

While training, they also discover that someone is sabotaging the other teams in the race, causing them to be disqualified. The team wonders who is behind the sabotage and decide to help the other trainers also, while continuing to train Lillie.

As the race day arrives, the team deduces that the person behind the sabotage is a rival trainer named Greg. Upon confronting him, they find out that he had been sabotaging the other teams in an attempt to eliminate competition so his daughter could win the racing trophy.

With the help of Lillie and her retrained Rapidash, the team emerges victorious in the race. Lillie overcomes her fear, and the team also manages to convince Greg to stop sabotaging the other trainers.

The episode ends with Ash and his friends bidding farewell to Lillie and her family as they continue their journey together.
