Ep 34. Gotta Catch A Roggenrola!

In Pokemon the Series season 14 episode 34, titled "Gotta Catch A Roggenrola!," Ash and his companions arrive in a new town where they meet a young boy named Mick. Mick is on a mission to catch a Roggenrola, a rock-type Pokemon, and hopes to compete in a local tournament with it. However, he is having trouble catching one, and Ash and his friends offer to help him.
They begin their search in a nearby cave, where they encounter a group of wild Roggenrola. Ash tries to catch one with his Pikachu, but they are too quick and manage to evade every attempt. Mick then decides to try to catch one himself, but he is not an experienced trainer and struggles to get it right.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket is also in the area, and they have their sights set on stealing a Roggenrola for themselves. They too try to catch one, but their plans are foiled by Ash and his friends.
As the group continues their search, they come across a group of workers who are trying to repair a damaged dam. The workers are struggling to move a large rock that is in the way, and they explain that they need to move it in order to restore the water flow to the town. Ash and his friends offer to help, and they use their Pokemon to move the rock out of the way.
In the process, they discover a hidden entrance to a cave system, where they find numerous Roggenrola. Ash and his friends continue their attempts to catch one, but they are still having no luck.
Finally, Mick comes up with a new strategy. He uses a fishing rod to lower a Pokeball into the water where the Roggenrola are swimming. One of them bites the ball, and Mick successfully catches it.
With his new Pokemon in tow, Mick enters the tournament and impresses the judges with his skill. However, he is ultimately defeated by one of the other competitors.
Despite the loss, Mick is grateful for the help he received from Ash and his friends, and he bids them farewell as they continue on their journey. As they leave the town, Ash and his companions look forward to their next adventure.
