Ep 46. The Needs of Three

There, they meet up with the doctor, who examines the Tangrowth and determines that it needs surgery. The surgery is risky, but it is the only way to save the Pokemon's foot. Ash and the others are worried, but they know that they have to do whatever it takes to save the Tangrowth.

The Tangrowth undergoes the surgery successfully, and its foot is finally healed. Ash and his friends are overjoyed, and they bid farewell to the Tangrowth as it returns to its natural habitat.
