Ep 29. Promoting Healthy Tangrowth

Ash and his friends arrive at a beautiful park, where they notice that all the Tangrowth who live there are unhealthy and sick. After inquiring about the problem, they learn that the local Pokémon doctor is on vacation and unable to provide the necessary treatment to the Tangrowth. Wanting to help, Ash and his friends volunteer to promote healthy living habits and are tasked with improving the Tangrowth's diets and exercise routines.

Ash and his friends soon discover that the Tangrowth only eat a type of moss that grows in the park. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has devised a plan to capture the Tangrowth by using a giant vacuum cleaner. The plan initially works, but Ash and his team arrive in time and thwart the plan, saving the Tangrowth. Team Rocket escapes but vow to continue their mission.

They also introduce a new exercise routine and train the Tangrowth to stretch their vines and practice running, jumping, and climbing.

After a day of healthy living, the Tangrowth feel better and stronger. The day's events are concluded with a satisfying meal. Ash and his friends say goodbye to their new Tangrowth friends and set off to their next adventure, hoping to come across other Pokémon in need of their assistance.
