Ep 38. Ghoul Daze

This news does not sit well with the Ghost-type Pokemon who consider the mansion to be their home. They decide to take matters into their own hands and start attacking the construction workers.

Ash and his friends must now find a way to prevent the demolition of the mansion while also calming down the angry Ghost-type Pokemon. They team up with a local historian who has knowledge about the mansion's past and its connection to the Ghost-type Pokemon. The historian reveals that the mansion was built by a wealthy family who loved and cared for their Pokemon. However, when the family moved away, the mansion was left abandoned, and the Ghost-type Pokemon took over it.

The group discovers that the Chandelure was just trying to protect its home from outsiders and that the rest of the Pokemon were only following its lead. They decide to convince the Chandelure that they mean no harm and that they only want to help protect the mansion. With the Chandelure's blessing, they manage to rally the other Pokemon to work together with them.

Ash and his friends, along with the Ghost-type Pokemon, devise a plan to scare away the construction workers without causing any harm. They create an illusion of a powerful and vengeful ghost that scares away the workers, convincing them that the mansion is indeed haunted and should not be disturbed.

In the end, the Ghost-type Pokemon and our heroes manage to save the mansion from being demolished. The town's officials agree to leave the mansion alone and protect it as a historical landmark. The episode ends with the group bidding farewell to the friendly Ghost-type Pokemon as they continue their journey towards the Sunyshore City gym.
