Ep 17. Wild in the Streets!

Ash, Dawn, and Brock are still traveling on their journey through the Sinnoh region when they come across a city that's bustling with life. They quickly realize that the city is having a festival to celebrate the migration of a group of Baltoy, and they decide to join in on the festivities. However, things quickly turn chaotic when the city is overrun by a group of wild Pokémon.

As Ash and the others search for Kevin's lost Baltoy, they come across a group of humans who are using machines to control the wild Pokémon and make them attack the city. The group quickly realizes that this is the work of Team Rocket, who are looking to take advantage of the chaos to steal Pokémon.

Ash and the others work together to put a stop to Team Rocket's scheme and save the city from the wild Pokémon. Along the way, they learn the importance of respecting nature and working with Pokémon instead of trying to control them for personal gain.
