Ep 13. A Staravia Is Born!

Ash and his friends reach the outskirts of Veilstone City and are greeted with star-shaped flowers and an abundance of Starly and Staravia. Dawn is excited to catch a Starly and add it to her collection, but they soon discover that the Starly in the area are being attacked by a group of Murkrow.

Meanwhile, a young trainer named Kenny arrives in Veilstone City with his newly evolved Staravia. He is eager to enter a local Pokémon contest and show off his Staravia's new abilities. However, he quickly learns that the competition is fierce, and he will need to work hard to stand out.

As Ash and his friends learn more about the Murkrow attacks, they discover that the group is being led by a particularly powerful Murkrow named Honchkrow. They also learn that Honchkrow is stealing shiny objects from around the city, leading them to believe that it may be after the star-shaped flowers in the area.

Determined to put a stop to Honchkrow's attacks, Ash and his friends team up with Kenny and his Staravia. Together, they plan to lure Honchkrow out by using Kenny's Staravia as bait. However, the plan quickly goes awry when Honchkrow proves to be too powerful for them to handle.

In the midst of the chaos, Kenny's Staravia steps up and uses its newly acquired moves to battle Honchkrow. Its impressive performance catches the attention of the judges of the Pokémon contest, who offer Kenny a spot in the competition.

With Honchkrow defeated, the Starly in the area can now roam freely and safely. Ash and his friends bid farewell to Kenny and wish him luck in the upcoming contest. And although Dawn didn't catch her desired Starly, she is still proud of the group's efforts to protect the Pokémon in the area.
