17. Seats And Peaks

We'll start with Dragon Boat racing, then take the family car out for a very unusual and scary spin. Finally we will fly the friendly skies, rip some ramps, blast off at the Shady Side Speedway and visit the Jeep World Outside Festival.

16. Choppers to Bikers

Heli-sking in British Columbia, going vertical at a hair scramble (you don't want to miss this), rolling with a BMXer and dropping by Loose Extreme Sports to check out the latest gadgets.

15. Surprise Surprise

We'll start off with a night vision Hummer and rafting tour, then climb the walls in Seattle. Next it's kayaking in, of all places, New York City, smashing motorcycles in Colorado and meeting the first couple to ever climb the seven highest peaks in the world.

14. High Speeds

See some very extreme motorcycle racing as we approach speeds of 185 MPH. Next, we are off to Waldron, Colorado to see some air towing and guys jumping off of mountains. Finally let's watch some hot BMW's at an autocross.

13. Sports 911

We're going to check out rock crawling at the Mountain Sports Festival and then on to North Carolina as we kayak the dangerous North Chick River. Finally we'll race inline skates and head out with the police, fire and EMT adventure teams.

12. A First Time For Everything

We begin with an ultimate Frisbee competition, which sometimes involves playing in your birthday suit. Get ready, because next we'll take the plunge with a first-time-ever skydiver, and then get down and dirty at the annual Red Neck Games.

11. Borderline Danger

We start out with the danger of figure eight racing, then we grab our gear for some outrageous paintball action. Get your board for some surfing, long board style, then finally, hit the hills at the East Coast Mountain Board Championship.

10. Paddles And Helmets

Catch up with us as we fly high with free style moto-cross riders and paddle hard with the DC Strokes. Finally we hit the ramp at the Tazatta Tour, racing motorcycles and giving you an inside look at Chicago's Wrigley Field.

9. Catch Your Breath

Catch your breath because we are hitting the most beautiful place in the world for some skiing, British Columbia. Next we water ski on Eagle Lake, take some hang-gliding lessons and finally, it's base-jumping from all over the world.

8. Demolishing Speed

We are going to start fast with extreme bike racing at Ace speedway, then skim boarding at Laguna Beach and going up in an ultra light aircraft. Finally, we smash some cars at a demolition derby and hit the dirt for some Motocross action.

7. You Can't Match That

We head off to Colorado for a Polo match with an extreme twist, and then we'll drop in on some stars from women's professional soccer. Finally its stock car racing in Atlanta, roller-blading in Utah, until we go BMX vertical in North Carolina.

6. Sky High

We go front and center as we hit the beach for some pro volleyball action. Skydiving class is in session and we go to school with some rookie skydivers. Finally it's on to Maryland where we soar through the sky with hand-gliding enthusiasts, and then chase the wind with bay area wind surfers.

5. Chase For 1st Place

Check out baseball bonus baby Bowie Baysox chase his dream. Then see the best women surfers in the world as we take you to Huntington Beach, California for the Havaiana's Pro Championship. Finally we go to Falla to check in on a father and son drag racing team.

4. In The Dirt

We will get vertical and extreme with world champion Tony Hawk, then it's off for the finish of the BMX race. We will scrum our way into a game of Rugby then off to a mud-slinging free for all and finally take the plunge at the Atlanta Fee Flight Festival.

3. World Class Action

We start with roller bladers -- then it's on to Australian Rules football, the Baja 500, and then to Maryland for a world-class triathlon. Finally join some skaters heading for the beach for some long board action.

The most thrilling 60 minutes of football you've ever seen, then glide across the water on a catamaran, push an ATV past its limit, and free styling on a BMX bike.
