Ep 12. Race Up Mystery Mountain / The Mountain Prisoner

While criminals are wreaking havoc all over the city, PJ Masks are summoned to the PJ Picture Player to receive their latest assignment. In this episode, titled “Race Up Mystery Mountain / The Mountain Prisoner”, the heroes discover that the villains have stolen the PJ Masks' Fossil-a-Go-Go machine which is an important tool needed to solve the case. The Fossil-a-Go-Go machine has the ability to turn back time, a vital feature that enables them to track down and stop evildoers from committing crimes.

The only way PJ Masks can get their machine back is to race up Mystery Mountain to retrieve it. Not only that, but they have to do it fast. Otherwise, the criminals might get away scot-free. They have no time to waste as they want to use the machine immediately to go back in time, so that they can collect evidence and catch the criminals right at the scene of the crime.

But there’s one problem… Mystery Mountain is a perilous climb, presenting an impossible challenge for the PJ Masks. Luna Girl, Night Ninja, and Romeo are also scaling the mountain, trying to steal the precious machine before our heroes could. They are all in it for the win, and it becomes a race against time to see who will get to the top first.

On top of the mountain, the villains strike a deal and work together to trap the heroes. Just as the heroes thought they had already won the race, they suddenly realize that the villains have set a trap to prevent them from getting the machine back. With some quick-thinking, the PJ Masks find a way to avoid the traps and retrieve the machine back. Now in their possession, they set off back to the city in hopes of going back in time.

But their problems are just beginning. As they narrowly escape the trap set by the villains on Mystery Mountain, they suddenly realize that there is another obstacle to face. A mysterious mountain prisoner, who has been captured and kept inside a cave on the mountainside, is now on the loose. As if capturing the criminals was not enough, now they find themselves having to deal with a powerful, escaped prisoner.

The team must use their skills and wits to save the day once again. With the Fossil-a-Go-Go machine, they go back in time and watch as the crime unfolds in front of their eyes. They collect the evidence, giving themselves a heads-up on which direction the villains are heading and where they might be hiding. With the machine back in their possession, the PJ Masks speed to the whereabouts of the criminals to apprehend them.

Will they make it in time? Will they catch the criminals and save the day? Or will the elusive Mountain Prisoner add to their problems and make things all the more difficult? All these questions and more will be answered in this thrilling and action-packed episode of PJ Masks season 2 - Race Up Mystery Mountain / The Mountain Prisoner.
