In the second segment, Pingu Builds a Snowman, Pingu and his friends are excited to play in the newly fallen snow. They decide to build a snowman and set off to gather all the necessary materials. Pingu and his friends have a great time building the snowman, but when they finish, they realize that it looks more like a pile of snow than a snowman.
Determined to make their snowman look better, Pingu and his friends set off to find more snow for the snowman's body. They gather as much snow as they can carry and head back to their creation. However, on the way back, they accidentally spill all the snow, and Pingu is devastated.
Pingu's friends try to cheer him up and convince him that they can still make the snowman look better with what they have left. They work together to fashion a hat and scarf for the snowman out of various materials they find, and in the end, they are proud of their creation, even if it doesn't look like a traditional snowman.
Overall, Pingu season 2 episode 13 is full of fun and heartwarming moments as Pingu learns the importance of being responsible and working together with friends to achieve a goal.
