Phil of the Future Season 1 Episode 6: "Phenomonally Yours"
Phil and his family are still trying to adapt to their new life in the 21st century. This time, they are going to a science fair where Phil will be showing off his project. He has invented an incredible new device that will allow people to experience anything they want mentally. His project is one of the most popular and Phil starts to receive a lot of offers from people wanting to get their hands on it.
Meanwhile, Phil's little sister Pim wants to enter the science fair but cannot come up with a project. She ends up stealing Phil's invention and changes it so that it will work on animals. Pim's plan is to make their family dog Keely highly intelligent and take him to the science fair as her project. Phil doesn't notice anything wrong with his invention and is too busy to notice Pim's scheme.
When they get to the science fair, Phil's invention is the star attraction. He lets people use it to go on all sorts of adventures and they are all amazed by it. Pim, on the other hand, is struggling to get her project to work. She finally succeeds, and Keely becomes incredibly smart, to the point where he starts to question whether he wants to be a dog or not.
As the episode progresses, the two storylines become intertwined as both Phil and Pim realize that their inventions have unexpected consequences. Phil's invention starts to have some side effects on people, who experience terrifying situations that they can’t control. Pim's project makes Keely's intelligence a problem, as he gets fed up with being a dog and wants to live a more human lifestyle instead.
