Ep 8. Hooterville A-Go-Go

In this episode of Petticoat Junction, titled "Hooterville A-Go-Go," the residents of Hooterville are preparing for a big music festival. Uncle Joe and the girls are working hard to make sure the Shady Rest Hotel is ready for the influx of visitors.

Meanwhile, Betty Jo is feeling left out of the festival planning and decides to join a band formed by some of the local boys. However, she quickly learns that their musical talents are less than stellar.

Elsewhere, a group of college students arrive in Hooterville to do a study on rural living. They end up staying at the Shady Rest and causing a bit of chaos for the residents.

As the day of the festival approaches, tensions rise as everyone prepares for the big event. Uncle Joe thinks he has everything under control, but when a group of bikers show up wanting to perform, he finds himself scrambling to accommodate them.

In the end, the festival is a success and everyone comes together to celebrate the music and spirit of Hooterville.
