Ep 19. Flesh and Blood

He urges her to join his side and work against him, to which Carter reluctantly agrees.

Back to the case at hand, Finch and Reese locate Mokhtar and his fellow terrorists, and devise a plan to stop them from releasing the toxin. With the help of Fusco and Amelia, they manage to divert the terrorists' plan, and successfully prevent the attack from taking place.

At the end of the episode, Carter's loyalty is put to the test as she finds herself amidst a battle between Snow and Reese. She ultimately decides to side with Reese, leading to a violent shootout that leaves multiple casualties. Meanwhile, Amelia leaves town with a new identity, grateful for the heroism of the team that saved her life.
