Now THAT'S Bunny! is the sixth episode of the second season of Penn & Teller: Fool Us. The show includes magicians performing tricks in front of Penn & Teller, with the aim of trying to fool them. If Penn & Teller cannot determine how the trick was done, the magician wins a trophy and gets the chance to perform as an opening act in their Las Vegas show. In this episode, ten magicians perform, with varying degrees of success.
The first magician, Matt Marcy, performs a trick with a deck of cards. His patter is humorous, and the trick is entertaining, but Penn & Teller see through the method. The second magician, Shawn Farquhar, performs a trick involving a borrowed cellphone. The trick is impressive, and Penn & Teller are fooled. Farquhar is a previous winner on the show, and his trick is a standout in this episode. The third magician, Leon Etienne, performs a trick with a top hat and a rabbit. The trick is entertaining, and the rabbit is adorable, but Penn & Teller see through the method.
The fourth magician, Rick Lax, performs a trick with a Rubik's Cube. His performance is confident and engaging, but Penn & Teller are not fooled. The fifth magician, Francis Menotti, performs a trick with a miniature viola. His performance is quirky and entertaining, but Penn & Teller are not fooled. The sixth magician, Mahdi Gilbert, performs a one-handed trick, which is impressive and entertaining. Penn & Teller are not fooled by the method, but they are impressed by Gilbert's abilities.
The seventh magician, Paul Gertner, performs a trick with a prediction. His patter is engaging, and the trick is entertaining, but Penn & Teller are not fooled. The eighth magician, Damien James, performs a trick with a balloon. His performance is energetic, and the trick is impressive, but Penn & Teller see through the method. The ninth magician, Nathan Coe Marsh, performs a trick with a water jug. His performance is engaging, but Penn & Teller see through the method.
The final magician, Avner Eisenberg, performs a mime act. His performance is unusual, and he doesn't use any props. Penn & Teller are engaged by his performance, but they are not necessarily "fooled." They do, however, appreciate the unique nature of his performance.
Overall, the episode features a diverse range of magicians and tricks. Some of the highlights include Shawn Farquhar's cellphone trick and Mahdi Gilbert's one-handed trick. The episode also features some adorable rabbits, courtesy of Leon Etienne. While not every magician is successful in fooling Penn & Teller, each performer brings their own unique style and energy to the show. Fans of magic and illusion will enjoy this episode, which showcases some of the best and most unique magicians around.
