Ep 6. Wedding

Jeremy is growing increasingly paranoid as the wedding approaches, as he fears he'll be forced to watch his ex-girlfriend tie the knot with another man. When Mark gets them both dates to the wedding, Jeremy becomes scared that he'll end up falling in love with his date and will have to deal with the pain of another break up. As the episode progresses, Mark begins to get increasingly more frustrated with his own situation when he discovers that the object of his affection, Sophie, has things to sort out with an old boyfriend before their frequently postponed wedding can take place.

He starts to worry that the two of them aren't really meant to be together and that he'll end up spending his entire life alone.

Despite all of this, the wedding goes ahead as planned. Both Mark and Jeremy have dates - Mark with April and Jeremy with a woman named Nancy - and the ceremony gets underway. However, as is often the case with Peep Show, things don't quite go according to plan. Jeremy becomes increasingly convinced that he's fallen in love with Nancy and has to deal with his own feelings of shame and inadequacy when she reveals that she's only at the wedding to spy on her ex-boyfriend.

Mark, meanwhile, gets some bad news from Sophie's father, who tells him that the wedding has been called off yet again. As the episode draws to a close, viewers are left wondering what the future holds for both Mark and Jeremy. Will Mark ever find the courage to tell Sophie how he really feels? And will Jeremy be able to move on from Big Suze and find happiness with someone else?
