Pecola and Little Chu head over to Cactus Railway Station with Robo-Pecola to introduce him to the lovely Steamer. She's almost done working on her train, just needs one last gadget. While she's gone to town for it, Pecola and Little Chu are so busy arguing with each other over Steamer's attention that they don't notice Robo-Pecola. He's completely dismantled Steamer's train and built a rocket instead! Blastoff!! How to get Steamer's train (rocket) back? Dr. Chu's satellite to the rescue. Little Chu reprograms the satellite - for a direct collision course with the rocket. Steamer's train falls to the ground in pieces. But out of the rubble, they find the missing gadget! Now it'll be no problem to put the train back together. Robo-Pecola, thankfully, has jumped ship and comes floating down underneath a parachute.;It's election time in Cube Town and once again, Papazoni is the only candidate. No wonder he always wins. He should have some competition, and Pecola figures he's the right penguin for the job. He stages a stunning mayoral campaign and actually manages to win, thanks to a few too many citizens who think Papazoni shouldn't get all the votes. Uh-oh, this isn't the way things were supposed to turn out. Luckily for everyone, Pecola is a little overwhelmed with holding office and resigns, leaving things as they have always been, with Papazoni as mayor.
