Ep 10. On the Right Track / Itchy Situation

PB&J Otter is an American animated television series that first aired on Disney Channel in 1998. The show revolves around a family of otters living in Lake Hoohaw. Each episode features the family tackling everyday problems and learning important life lessons in the process.

Season 3 episode 10 is titled "On the Right Track / Itchy Situation". The episode opens with the Otter family preparing for the annual Lake Hoohaw Regatta. The Regatta is a boat race that takes place every year and the Otter family is excited to participate. However, Peanut Otter is feeling a little nervous because he has never participated in the race before.

Peanut is worried about not being able to keep up with the other racers but his family and friends assure him that he will do great. They offer to help him with his boat and give him tips for the race. Peanut is feeling better and is ready to race.

The day of the race arrives and Peanut is feeling confident. The race starts and Peanut is doing well. However, he starts to lose steam halfway through the race. He begins to feel discouraged and wants to give up. But his family and friends cheer him on and remind him that he can do it. Peanut finds the strength to keep going and eventually crosses the finish line. He may not have won the race but he feels proud of himself for finishing.

In the second part of the episode, Jelly Otter wakes up with a very itchy back. She scratches and rubs her back but the itch won't go away. Her family tries to help her by giving her a back rub and scratching her back but nothing seems to work. They decide to take her to the doctor to see what's causing the itch.

At the doctor's office, Jelly meets the doctor's dog, who is also very itchy. The dog is wearing a cone around his neck to stop him from scratching himself. The doctor examines Jelly and determines that she has a rash. She gives Jelly medicine to make the itch go away and suggests that she wear a cone like the doctor's dog to stop herself from scratching.

Jelly is not happy about the cone but her family tries to make it fun by decorating it with stickers. She wears the cone for a few days and takes her medicine as prescribed. Eventually, the rash goes away and the cone can be removed.

The episode ends with the Otter family reflecting on the lessons they learned. Peanut learned that he can do anything he sets his mind to and Jelly learned the importance of asking for help when she needs it.
