Later in the episode, Paul meets a very special dog named Tootsie. Tootsie is a Chihuahua-cross who had been abandoned in a park, and she arrived at Battersea in a very sorry state. She was emaciated and suffering from a number of health problems, but with the help of the staff, she's made an incredible recovery. Paul spends some time with Tootsie, and it's clear that she's a very sweet and affectionate dog.
Towards the end of the episode, Paul meets a dog named Marley, who has had a very difficult start to life. Marley was found living in a cardboard box in a park, and he was suffering from a severe skin condition. But thanks to the care of the staff at Battersea, Marley is starting to recover, and he's slowly getting used to his new surroundings. Paul spends some time with Marley, and it's clear that he's a very sweet and gentle dog.
