In season 10 episode 5 of Pati's Mexican Table, titled "Escaramuza," host Pati Jinich explores the traditional Mexican equestrian sport of Escaramuza.
Pati travels to the heart of Mexico to meet with women who are members of the National Charro Association, an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the country’s equestrian culture. She watches as the women demonstrate their impressive riding skills, including the signature Escaramuza moves such as the dashing “La Marcha de Zacatecas” and the complex “La Bamba.”
