In the episode "Gower vs. Ducasse" of Paternity Court season 6, a young woman named Tricia Gower brings a man named Wayne Ducasse to court to establish paternity of her son, Amir. Tricia claims that Wayne is Amir's biological father, but Wayne denies this and insists that he has no recollection of ever being intimate with Tricia.

Tricia reveals that she met Wayne at a mutual friend's party and they hit it off. They exchanged numbers and went on a few dates before sleeping together. Tricia also states that Wayne knew she was pregnant but disappeared from her life shortly after Amir was born. She tried to reach out to him multiple times but never received a response.

On the other hand, Wayne claims that he has no memory of ever being with Tricia and that it's impossible for him to be Amir's father. He states that he used to work as a truck driver and traveled frequently, which makes it difficult for him to remember every woman he slept with.

To get to the bottom of this, Judge Lauren Lake orders a DNA test to confirm whether Wayne is Amir's father or not. During the trial, Tricia brings up a text message she received from Wayne, in which he acknowledges that Amir looks like him. However, Wayne dismisses this message as a mistake and insists that he has never met Amir before.

As the trial progresses, it becomes apparent that Wayne is not being entirely truthful about his past. He initially denied knowing Tricia's friend who introduced them, but later admitted that they used to party together. He also had trouble recalling basic details about his life, such as his place of employment and his living situation.

Despite Wayne's inconsistencies, the DNA test ultimately reveals that he is indeed Amir's father. Wayne expresses shock and disbelief at the result, but Judge Lake sternly reminds him that he has a responsibility to be there for his son. She orders him to pay child support and set up a visitation schedule with Tricia.

Overall, "Gower vs. Ducasse" is a poignant episode of Paternity Court that explores the challenges of trying to establish paternity when there is a lack of trust between the parties involved. Tricia's unwavering determination to prove Wayne's paternity and hold him accountable for his actions is a testament to the love and devotion she has for her son.
