In the season 6 finale of Parks and Recreation, titled "Moving Up," the citizens of Pawnee come together for the Unity Concert, a music festival aimed at raising money for the city's parks. Throughout the episode, we see Leslie, Ben, and the rest of the Parks Department working hard to make the event a success, facing a few last-minute challenges along the way.

At the start of the episode, Leslie is feeling stressed as she tries to coordinate multiple performers for the Unity Concert. Ben is also dealing with pressure of his own, as he prepares to give a big speech at the festival. Meanwhile, Tom and Andy have their hands full with a VIP tent for the event, which proves to be more difficult than they anticipated.

As the day of the festival approaches, we see various characters preparing in their own ways. Chris and Ann are getting ready for their big move to Michigan, while Ron is busy building a canoe for Tom's girlfriend Lucy. Donna and Craig are making sure the Unity Committee's demands are met, and April is doing her best to help everyone out while simultaneously trying to avoid her ex-boyfriend, Derek.

When the day of the Unity Concert finally arrives, it's chaos from the get-go. There are issues with parking, the VIP tent is a disaster, and Leslie is forced to deal with a disgruntled performer who is upset about not being given a prime time slot. However, as the day goes on, things start to fall into place. The performers all put on great shows, and the citizens of Pawnee come together to raise money for the parks.

As the festival winds down, Leslie is feeling proud of the hard work that went into making the Unity Concert a success. However, she also can't help but feel bittersweet about the fact that it marks the end of an era. Chris and Ann are moving away, and the Parks Department as she knows it will never be the same.

The episode ends with a time jump - it's three years later, and we see how much has changed in Pawnee. Leslie has a new job, Tom has opened up his own restaurant, and Donna has left the Parks Department to start her own real estate business. However, despite all the changes, one thing remains the same: the people of Pawnee continue to come together to make their community a better place.
