In the final episode of Parenthood's fifth season, titled "The Pontiac," the Braverman family struggles with some major changes in their lives.

The episode opens with Adam (Peter Krause) and Kristina (Monica Potter) preparing to open their charter school, Chambers Academy. They are both nervous, but determined to make it a success. Meanwhile, Sarah (Lauren Graham) is faced with a tough decision about her future with Hank (Ray Romano).

Elsewhere, Crosby (Dax Shepard) is ecstatic when he finally gets his hands on the Pontiac he's been dreaming of, but Jasmine (Joy Bryant) is less than thrilled about the purchase. Zeek (Craig T. Nelson) and Camille (Bonnie Bedelia) are also dealing with their own issues as they struggle with the decision to sell their home and downsize.

As the episode progresses, each member of the family faces their own challenges, from Max's (Max Burkholder) social struggles to Amber's (Mae Whitman) relationship woes. Through it all, the Bravermans come together as a family to support each other and navigate the changes in their lives.

"The Pontiac" is a bittersweet episode that serves as a fitting end to what has been another emotionally charged season of Parenthood. With plenty of heartwarming moments and tear-jerking scenes, this episode is sure to leave fans feeling satisfied, if a little sad to say goodbye to the Bravermans for another year.
