In season 1 episode 2 of Pani Poni Dash!, titled A Pretty, Hidden, and Pure Garden of Crimson, we follow the hilarious and eccentric adventures of the students of Class 1-C once again. The episode starts with a beautiful flower garden being discovered on the school grounds, which catches the interest of Miyako, one of the students. Miyako is a bit of a nature lover, so she is delighted to see such a pretty garden in their school. The rest of the class is also intrigued, and they all go to check it out.
As they make their way to the garden, they are greeted by a distant, melancholic tune. They soon realize that it is coming from a mysterious girl who is playing a violin in the garden. She is wearing a crimson cloak, and her face is hidden by a hood. The students are captivated by her beautiful music, and Miyako is especially entranced. She approaches the girl and tries to strike up a conversation with her, but the girl is hesitant to reveal her identity or share any information.
Meanwhile, the rest of the class is getting restless with boredom. They decide to explore the garden and end up getting lost in a maze. Chaos ensues as they struggle to find their way out, and they realize that the garden is not as pretty and innocent as it seems. There are hidden traps and obstacles that they must overcome to escape the maze, and they soon realize that they have been lured into a dangerous trap.
Back with Miyako and the mysterious girl, they finally have a heart-to-heart conversation, and Miyako learns the girl's name: Himeko Katagiri. Himeko tells Miyako about her love for playing the violin and her desire to become a famous musician one day. Miyako encourages her to keep pursuing her dream, and the two bond over their love of music.
As the rest of the class continues to struggle in the maze, they finally manage to find their way out thanks to the quick thinking of their teacher, Ms. Becky. They are relieved to escape unscathed, but they realize that the garden was not what it seemed. It was a trap set up by the school's vice-principal, who wanted to teach the students a lesson about the dangers of being too easily lured in by pretty things.
The episode concludes with Miyako and Himeko parting ways, with Miyako promising to support Himeko in her musical endeavors. The rest of the class reflects on their experience in the garden, realizing that they need to be more cautious and aware of their surroundings in the future.
Overall, A Pretty, Hidden, and Pure Garden of Crimson is a fun and entertaining episode of Pani Poni Dash! that showcases the show's unique blend of comedy and adventure.
