Officer T.C. Callaway, an experienced and dedicated bike cop, leads an elite squad of officers in the beautiful beach town of Santa Monica. In Pacific Blue's fourth season, the team faces new challenges as they strive to maintain law and order on their bicycles, patrolling the streets and bike paths, and preserving the peacefulness of their beloved city.

In season 4, episode 3, titled "Users," Pacific Blue dives into the world of technology and its impact on society. As the episode begins, the team finds themselves entangled in a web of deceit, crime, and addiction driven by a new wave of computer technology.

The episode starts with Officer Cory McNamara on patrol when she spots a chaotic scene in a local park. Dozens of people are gathered around a bizarre looking device, engrossed in a game that seems to have taken over their lives. The situation alarms Cory, and she immediately springs into action to maintain order and ensure the safety of the citizens involved.

Later, at the precinct, Officer Chris Kelly brings in a suspect named Jordan, who is believed to be connected to the addictive game that has taken over the town. Jordan is a charismatic and enigmatic hacker who has created the addictive software. Determined to unravel the mystery behind the game and bring an end to its harmful consequences, the Pacific Blue team interrogates Jordan, hoping to uncover valuable information.

Meanwhile, Officer Jamie Strickland is sent undercover to infiltrate a group of hardcore gamers who have become dangerously obsessed with the addictive software. Jamie, posing as a gaming enthusiast, manages to gain their trust and becomes a part of their inner circle. From the inside, she discovers that the game is not just an innocent pastime but a cover for a larger criminal operation.

As the team continues their investigation, it becomes evident that the addictive game is being used as a front for illegal activities, including money laundering, hacking, and even online terrorism. The stakes are raised, and the officers find themselves in a race against time to dismantle the criminal network before it engulfs the entire city.

With their unique expertise in biking and their unwavering determination, Officer T.C. Callaway and his team navigate the streets of Santa Monica to uncover the truth. As they delve deeper, they encounter surprising twists and dangerous encounters, testing their resolve and pushing their relationships to the limit.
