When a wealthy businessman named Jack Collins is found dead in his mansion, suspicion falls on his wife, Gina, and her lover, a Hollywood heartthrob named Evan Chase. But when Officer T.C. Callaway digs deeper into the case, he discovers that there may be more to the story than meets the eye.

As T.C. navigates the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles nightlife, he discovers a web of corruption that reaches all the way to the top. With the help of his fellow officers, Chris Kelly and Victor Del Toro, and the love of his life, fashion designer Cory McNamara, T.C. races against time to uncover the truth and bring the guilty parties to justice.

Meanwhile, Officer Bobby Cruz finds himself in hot water when he gets involved with a group of daredevil skateboarders who operate outside the law. When one of them is injured in a reckless stunt, Bobby is forced to choose between his loyalty to his fellow officers and his desire to help his new friends.

As the tension mounts and the stakes get higher, Pacific Blue's finest must rely on their instincts and their training to solve the case and protect the citizens of Santa Monica. With thrilling action sequences and heart-wrenching emotional drama, "Phoenix" is an episode not to be missed.
