Ep 4. Giant of the East, Demon Snake of the West

Ainz Ooal Gown, the ruler of the Great Tomb of Nazarick and leader of the Nazarick Pleiades battle maids, summons Sebas Tian, the butler of the Pleiades, to his chambers. Ainz informs Sebas that he must investigate a disturbance in the Re-Estize Kingdom, where two of his loyal subordinates were last seen. Sebas is given permission to take two members of the Pleiades with him.

Once in the Re-Estize Kingdom, Sebas and his team discover that the disturbance is a large-scale slave trade operation, with the workers being taken to the Baharuth Empire to be sold. Sebas, accompanied by Solution and Succulent, follows the slave traders to the Baharuth Empire, where they enter a slum district controlled by a criminal organization.

The criminal boss, Eight Fingers, reveals that he has been manipulating the slave trade and that he has information on the whereabouts of Sebas' missing subordinates. He offers to share the information in exchange for Sebas destroying a rival criminal organization. Sebas agrees, but demands they first retrieve the enslaved workers, whom they free with ease.

Meanwhile, the demon snake Zaryusu arrives in the Lizardman village and is reunited with his love interest, Crusch Lulu. Zaryusu tells the village chief that a powerful enemy is approaching, but the chief dismisses his warning. Later, the enemy, a giant lizard known as the behemoth of the swamp, attacks the village.

Enraged, Sebas brutally tortures Eight Fingers, forcing him to reveal the location of his subordinates. Sebas then heads to the location while the Pleiades stay behind to deal with Eight Fingers.
