In Outsourced season 1 episode 10 titled "Homesick to My Stomach," Todd is struggling with his homesickness and missing his favorite foods from the United States. The team is able to solve their technical issue and get back on the phones, but not before learning the importance of thinking outside the box in times of crisis.
As the episode comes to a close, Todd is able to successfully cook his favorite American dish with Tony's help and shares it with his coworkers at the call center. The group enjoys the meal together and Todd feels a sense of comfort and belonging despite being so far from home.
