Claire and Jamie have settled into life at Fraser's Ridge, but tensions are rising as the American Revolution looms on the horizon. In "Better to Marry Than Burn," the couple must navigate new relationships and political upheaval in the colonies.

As they prepare for their daughter Brianna's wedding to Roger, Claire and Jamie are also faced with a dilemma of their own.
