It's a new year for the Busby family and with it comes new responsibilities. In the seventh episode of Outdaughtered season 4, titled "New Year, New Responsibilities," we see Adam and Danielle struggling to find a balance between work and family life.
As owners of their cycling business, Adam and Danielle are constantly busy, but they need to make sure they're still making time for their six daughters. They sit down to discuss how they can prioritize family time while still running a successful business.
Meanwhile, the quintuplets are starting to grow up and become more independent, which means more responsibility for Adam and Danielle. Hazel needs an eye surgery and they must find a way to prepare her for it while keeping the other five girls entertained and happy. They also take the girls to their swimming lessons, which proves to be a challenge as they're all at different skill levels.
With so much going on, the Busbys decide to hire a nanny to help them out with their busy schedule. However, they must go through the daunting task of finding someone who they can trust with their six daughters. After some interviews and discussions, they find a woman who seems perfect for the job.
As they navigate this new chapter in their lives, Adam and Danielle reflect on how far they've come as parents. They discuss their struggles with infertility and the joy of having their quintuplets. They also talk about the emotional journey they've gone through as their daughters have grown up before their eyes.
