Our Times is a romantic Chinese drama that premiered on Tencent Video in 2021. The show tells the story of a young woman named Liu Wan Jia, played by Apryl Mei Reagan, who develops a crush on her high school classmate, Shen Yi, portrayed by Lei Wu. However, Liu Wan Jia's unrequited love for Shen Yi ultimately leads her to discover her passion for poetry and inspires her to pursue her dreams as a writer.

The plot of Our Times is set in two different timelines- the present day where Liu Wan Jia is a successful writer, and the past when she was still in high school. The show alternates between these two timelines, providing a glimpse into the progression of Liu Wan Jia's character development and how her experiences in high school have influenced her present life.

Throughout the show, Liu Wan Jia struggles to express her feelings towards Shen Yi, afraid that he may not reciprocate them.
