- May 23, 2019
It's a beautiful day in the town of Bucheon and the residents are going about their daily routine. We see Lee Jeong-in, a librarian, who is frantically trying to balance her work and family life. She's a single mother and is struggling to keep up with the demands of her job while raising her young son.
In the previous episode, we saw Jeong-in bump into Yu Ji-ho, a charming pharmacist, at her friend's cafe. They had an instant connection and exchanged phone numbers. Episode 3 picks up right where we left off, with Jeong-in contemplating whether or not she should call Ji-ho.
Meanwhile, Ji-ho is also thinking about Jeong-in and is trying to find a way to get in touch with her. He decides to visit the library where she works and has an unexpected run-in with her ex-boyfriend, Kwon Gi-seok. Ji-ho is unaware of Jeong-in's past relationship and starts to feel uneasy about their potential future together.
Jeong-in is also dealing with her ex-boyfriend, who keeps calling her and asking to get back together. She's torn between her feelings for him and the newfound connection with Ji-ho. To make matters worse, her brother finds out about the breakup and starts to act erratically, causing even more stress for the already overwhelmed librarian.
As Jeong-in tries to navigate her complicated personal life, she becomes more and more drawn to Ji-ho. When he finally reaches out to her, they make plans to meet up for a date. The anticipation of seeing each other again is palpable and both Jeong-in and Ji-ho are nervous about the outcome.
One Spring Night is a beautifully crafted drama that touches on the intricacies of human relationships. Episode 3 captures the anxiety and excitement of starting a new relationship while also dealing with the baggage of a past one. The characters are relatable and the chemistry between the lead actors is electric. This episode is a must-watch for anyone who loves a good romance.
