The Fire Has Been Set! The Gray Terminal in Crisis! is the 501st episode of the Japanese anime series, One Piece. It is the first episode of the eighth season. This episode follows the Straw Hat Pirates as they continue their journey to the New World.

The next day, Luffy and his crew are approached by an elderly man named Curly Dadan, who offers to repay them for their help by allowing them to stay at her home on Mt. Colubo. The Straw Hats accept her offer, and they soon learn that Dadan is a foster mother to several children, including Ace, Luffy's older brother.

As the Straw Hats settle in at Dadan's home, they learn that the bandits who started the fire are part of a larger organization known as the Goa Kingdom. The Goa Kingdom is known for oppressing the poor and stealing their resources, and the Gray Terminal is just one of their many targets.

Luffy and Ace decide to take action against the Goa Kingdom and begin planning to attack their headquarters. However, before they can do so, the Goa Kingdom launches a surprise attack on the Gray Terminal, killing many of its residents and setting the town ablaze once again.

Luffy and Ace rush to the Gray Terminal to help the survivors, but they quickly realize that they are vastly outnumbered. As they fight off the Goa Kingdom soldiers, they are joined by several of Dadan's foster children, who prove to be skilled fighters in their own right.

Despite their initial success, Luffy and his allies are eventually overwhelmed by the Goa Kingdom soldiers. As they flee from the town, they are forced to leave behind several of Dadan's foster children who were captured by the Goa Kingdom.

The Fire Has Been Set! The Gray Terminal in Crisis! ends on a somber note, with Luffy and his crew vowing to return and save the children who were left behind. The episode sets the stage for the next several episodes, which will focus on the Straw Hats' efforts to take down the Goa Kingdom and save the people of the Gray Terminal.
