Eager to explore the city and see the ships up close, the crew splits up to take on different tasks. Luffy and his group head straight for the shipyard, where they encounter a group of workers who are struggling to complete a massive ship. They soon discover that the workers are being forced to work long hours with little pay or rest, and are essentially being held captive by the foreman.
