Ep 39. Luffy Submerged! Zoro Vs. Hatchan the Octopus!

Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are still making their way to the Grand Line when they come across a group of fishmen attacking a group of humans. The Straw Hats quickly intervene and take on the fishmen, led by an octopus fishman named Hatchan.

As the battle ensues, Luffy and Hatchan end up underwater where Luffy discovers the downside to his Devil Fruit power of being unable to swim. Meanwhile, Zoro faces off against Hatchan on land and struggles to keep up with his multiple arms and weapons.

The fight continues to escalate as the Straw Hats try to protect the human village from the fishmen's attacks. Along the way, they meet a mermaid named Nami who agrees to help them in exchange for their assistance in defeating the fishmen and saving her village.

The episode ends with a dramatic cliffhanger as Luffy becomes trapped underwater and his crew frantically tries to find a way to save him before it's too late. Will the Straw Hats be able to defeat the fishmen and save Luffy? Tune in to find out in the next episode of One Piece!
