They also find themselves having to deal with unexpected visitors, including a group of workmen who turn up unannounced, intent on carrying out building work on the house.
As tensions rise between the couple and their new neighbors, Margaret comes up with a plan to get the workmen to leave, by pretending that the house is haunted. This plan seems to work, and the workmen quickly leave, much to the relief of Margaret and Victor.
However, as the couple start to think that they are getting the hang of things, they are hit with yet another surprise - the couple who are staying in their house decide that they want to buy it, leaving Victor and Margaret with the dilemma of whether to sell or not.
As the episode comes to a close, Victor and Margaret will have to decide whether to sell their house and stay in the countryside, or return to their city home, leaving behind the couple who want to buy it.
