In Nowhere Boys season 2 episode 9, the gang finds themselves in a world where they don't seem to exist. The journey into the realm of nightmares takes them through some bizarre and terrifying situations. The boys face their deepest fears, with each one of them having to confront their worst nightmare. Felix finds himself in a world where everything is pink and fluffy, and he can't escape. Andy faces his fear of heights and is attacked by giant birds. Jake confronts the fear of not being in control and is chased by a giant swarm of spiders. Sam is trapped in a never-ending abyss, facing his fear of falling.

Despite these challenges, the gang manages to stick together and find the tears of the fifth element. The tears provide the necessary ingredients for the group to return to their own world. However, as they make their journey back home, they are ambushed by the group of bullies who had been after them earlier in the episode. The bullies, who now seem more powerful than ever, reveal that they are guardians of the nightmare realm and that the group has violated their laws by taking the tears. The bullies demand the tears and threaten to destroy the boys if they don't comply.

In a dramatic showdown, the boys use their powers to fight back against the bullies. The battle ends with the group managing to retrieve the tears and returning home. However, all is not as it seems. When the boys return to their world, they find that things have changed. The world looks different, and their families and friends behave strangely. Could this be another alternate universe, or is something more sinister at work?

The episode ends with the boys realizing that their journey is far from over. The quest to protect the multiverse may have taken them to some weird places, but they know that they have each other and are ready to face whatever lies ahead.
