Ep 3. The Gas Mask Man

In NOS4A2 season 1 episode 3, titled "The Gas Mask Man," we are introduced to a new character named Bing Partridge. As the episode progresses, we see how the lives of these characters start to intertwine. Bing's kidnapping of the child leads to a confrontation with Vic, who ends up using her abilities to track down the missing child. Charlie Manx also makes an appearance, although only in Vic's visions.
