Non-Stop is an action thriller movie taking place on an airplane over the Atlantic Ocean. The international flight from New York to London contains two Federal Air Marshals, by normal circumstances not contacting one another during flight. While sitting in his seat halfway over the ocean, Air Marshall Bill Marks begins receiving a text message. The unknown antagonist demands that 150 million dollars must be transferred into a bank account or a passenger will die every 20 minutes. The pilot is informed of the threat and is perplexed how anyone could kill a passenger every 20 minutes unnoticed. The countdown begins and ends up with the first passenger found dead.

Bill Marks is informed the bank account is in his name, thereby making the Air Marshall appear as a terrorist. The hi-jack framing plot takes to the news and involves military jets arriving on the scene. The airplane is also redirected to Iceland. Marks breaks protocol several times to get to the bottom of the mystery. The other Air Marshall has issues with actions taken by Marks. A phone call from high command ends negative and the Air Marshall is relieved of his duties.
