As Noddy and his friends investigate, they discover that all the toys have been staying up late watching a new night-time TV channel called 'Sleepytime TV'. The channel is full of content designed to make viewers sleepy, such as videos of gentle lullabies and soothing sounds.

Noddy realizes that the channel's content is the cause of the toys' exhaustion, as they have been staying up too late watching and not getting enough sleep. He sets out to find the owner of the channel and put a stop to its distractive programming.

With the help of his friends, Noddy tracks down the owner of Sleepytime TV, a mischievous toy named Snooze-a-Lot. Snooze-a-Lot admits that he created the channel as a prank to see how many toys he could make fall asleep on the job. Noddy scolds Snooze-a-Lot for his irresponsible actions and convinces him to shut down the channel for good.

With Sleepytime TV gone, the toys in Toyland are able to get a good night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Noddy and his friends pat each other on the back for a job well done and bask in the satisfaction of having helped their fellow toys.
