Finally, Bourdain heads to the neighborhood of Sheepshead Bay to meet with legendary pizza maker Dom DeMarco at Di Fara Pizza. DeMarco has been making pizzas for over 50 years and is famous for his slow and meticulous process. Bourdain observes as he carefully crafts each pie and enjoys a taste of the finished product.
