The episode opens with Raku and his friends discussing the upcoming school festival. They are planning to build a haunted house, but they need a theme and Raku suggests a yakuza theme, which is met with enthusiasm from his friends. Meanwhile, Chitoge is being pressured by her mother to skip the school festival and attend a meeting with some important people instead. Chitoge is torn between her duty as a daughter and her desire to participate in the school festival with her friends.

Later, Raku brings his friends to visit his family's restaurant. However, things don't go as planned when they accidentally stumble upon a meeting of his father's yakuza gang. Raku's father insists that they stay and enjoy the hospitality of his men, which makes Raku nervous, but his friends are excited to experience the "authentic yakuza atmosphere." They are even more thrilled when Raku's father gives them yakuza-style haircuts and outfits.

Meanwhile, Chitoge's mother shows up at school and insists that Chitoge come home with her for the meeting. Despite her protests, Chitoge is dragged away by her mother's bodyguards. However, when they arrive at the meeting place, Chitoge discovers that it's just a boring business meeting and that her mother had lied to her about its importance.

Meanwhile, Raku and his friends are still at the restaurant, trying to figure out how to get out of the yakuza meeting. Raku's father eventually tells them that they can leave, but only if they participate in a yakuza-style game that involves popping balloons with their foreheads. They all agree to play, but they quickly discover that the game is much more difficult than they thought.

Chitoge manages to sneak away from the meeting and runs back to school just in time for the festival. She is thrilled to see her friends in their yakuza costumes and joins in their haunted house, which is a hit with everyone who visits.

The episode ends with Raku and Chitoge talking on the rooftop of the school. Chitoge thanks Raku for being a good friend and promises to make it up to him for missing the previous day's classes. They both look up at the sky and wonder if they'll ever find the special someone they've been searching for.

Overall, "The Visit" is a fun and lighthearted episode that explores the themes of friendship, duty, and finding oneself. The yakuza theme adds a unique twist to the school festival storyline and the scenes with Raku's father provide some insight into his character and family history. Chitoge's struggle with her mother's expectations and her desire to be a regular teenager is relatable and adds depth to her character. The episode also sets up some interesting questions about the future of Raku and Chitoge's relationship, leaving viewers eager to see what happens next.
